Joint incidents, passive membership and recycle bin

Quarterly reports now include joint incidents for participating local fire departments, showing only their own members and including attendance evidence in approval checks. Previously approved reports remain unchanged. Passive membership with an optional start date is available in personnel and assignments. Department labels and assignment forms are clearer. The recycle bin displays descriptive entries and document previews. Authorized administrative users may permanently delete entries after explicit confirmation. Purged entries are hidden while their audit trail remains. Scanned PDF decoding has been fixed.

Direct participant selection, former members and medical birthday reminders

Select participants before saving active-service exercises and add further people when editing exercises, instructions and other operations. Existing participation records are preserved; selection does not confirm attendance. Choices remain restricted to the assigned local brigade. Attendance evidence can be uploaded when creating completed children/youth exercises. Youth allowances require explicit selection and the remaining eligibility conditions; selection is limited to ages 16–17. Former members are available as a card in the departments and members overview and include inactive, departed and deceased people, not senior and honorary members. A compact medical examination and certificate reminder appears three months before the 67th birthday. Form errors and upload sections have been made clearer.

Additional training courses and reliable inspection follow-ups

Added four requested courses: technical incident command, photovoltaic systems in firefighting, legal foundations of youth brigades and youth group leadership. A general continuing-education / multi-day seminar option supports start and end dates, the exact title in notes and attendance results without implying a passed examination. Completed vehicle inspections now create an open follow-up from the explicitly recorded next due date when created or edited directly. Existing appointments are taken into account; missing historical follow-ups are restored only where a date was already supplied. Completion and next due date are shown separately. The reported MLF Einzingen retains its recorded follow-up date of 14 September 2027. Removed the duplicate promotion link while retaining collapsible quick entry. Includes personnel quick entry for ranks, appointments and fitness for duty on Dev, Demo and App.

Ranks and promotions, appointments and functions, and fitness for duty can now be added directly in personnel records through collapsible forms, matching the awards section. Forms start collapsed. Shared clothing pools, personnel documents and seminar attendance

Children and youth brigades share one clothing pool while existing stock and history are retained. Notes appear in stock lists. City departments see authorised subordinate department pools with their origin and total quantities. Selected quantities can be removed with a reason without deleting the remaining stock. Department leaders and secretaries may delete personnel documents only within their assigned department; only administration can restore them within 60 days of deletion. Other deletions retain the 14-day recovery window. Deletion notices continue to record who, when and what. Seminar attendance is a distinct result and does not count as a passed examination. Also includes the city command menu correction and own-department quarterly allowance scoping.

Central PDF orders and training requests

Clothing and warehouse orders, including materials and consumables, are emailed as PDFs to the central fire-protection/order address. Training requests and their approval, rejection or cancellation use the same delivery path. Authorised administrators edit the shared address at the main department or tenant. Missing addresses or mail failures produce a warning while preserving the record. No automatic supplier delivery or retrospective mailing of existing records.

Clothing pools, vehicle crews and revised quarterly allowances

Central municipal and local clothing pools support transfers, personal issues and full returns with history. Municipal administration manages all pools; local leadership manages its own pool; city fire leadership can view central stock. Children's and youth group stock is also shown in the clothing overview. Participants can be selected before creating children's/youth exercises and other operations. Vehicle crews support multiple roles and additional personnel without a vehicle. Medical records suggest configured validity periods (over-67/ASÜ one year, G26 three years, driving fitness five years; G41 manual); issue dates must be before today. Children and youth are generally excluded from the EUR 7 allowance; youth qualify from a documented passed TM1 examination, including youth exercises, evaluated at the activity date. Quarterly headings link to activities and use full category-coloured backgrounds. Existing saved statements and inventory are preserved.

Invoice recognition, editable details and compact actions

The invoice inbox recognises registration plates, VINs, mileage and first registration. Authorised vehicles can be matched across the tenant, with the fire department derived from the vehicle. Reviewed facts can be applied after confirmation without overwriting conflicting master data or higher mileage. Workshop packages are charged once; work units and payment reminders are not extra charges. Work and parts are individually editable. Clothing catalogue icons provide view, edit, deactivate/reactivate and protected recoverable removal of unused items. Small colour blocks replace repeated category text in quarterly allowances, retaining the legend and tooltips.

Clothing terminology is simplified and the item form is aligned and responsive. Direct personnel navigation and clearer menus

A person-specific navigation bar connects the record, basic data, appointments, ranks, assignments, training and documents without selecting the person again. Back links return to the same person's record, and navigation warns about unsaved form input. Consent records and personal data requests are grouped under Management → Privacy. Dark mode uses red, white-outlined standard, link and text cursors; light mode and special system cursors remain unchanged. Existing permissions still apply.

Manage shared clothing pools

The clothing store provides separate children's and youth clothing pools for each fire department without assigning items to individuals. Sizes and variants track available, circulating and defective quantities with movement history. Returns and new issues support size exchanges; duplicate bookings and negative stock are prevented. Existing personal issues are not automatically transferred. The reviewed clothing catalogue was extended, and unused legacy items are reversibly deactivated. Confirmed HuPF regular sizes range from 44 to 66. Opening quantities must be entered from an inventory count.

Respiratory and chemical protection requirements are evaluated using confirmed validity dates; a document is not mandatory for a valid record. Protected evidence uploads and revocation are supported. Existing valid respiratory protection dates are considered, while explicit newer records and revocations take precedence. Active personnel aged 67 and over retain the additional fitness requirement. Active personnel without respiratory or chemical protection requirements are not blocked for missing respiratory evidence. Evidence forms and the readiness overview have clearer layouts. A central invoice inbox provides OCR, unambiguous vehicle/article matching, part groups and review before importing. Subtotals and carry-forward rows are excluded. Equipment, materials and warehouse articles now support repair and inspection records with documents and part/cost histories. Invoices can be uploaded directly in vehicle repair forms, and documents can be attached to vehicle inspections. Children and youth fire brigades share one menu entry with separate group filters and a joint overview of issued clothing. New clothing catalogue entries await the announced list. An optional central fire-protection email address per tenant receives warehouse order and clothing order notifications. Tenant, user and licence administration is clearer, with platform accounts separated from tenant assignments. Support access is optional and clearly indicated. These improvements are available on Dev, Demo and App. Existing data and permission boundaries are preserved.

Participant selection by current age group and selected department

On Dev, Demo and App, quick participant selection now uses the same age-group calculation as the personnel overview. Outdated stored groups no longer cause children to appear as youth members or youth members to be missing. The existing exception for active service at age 67 and above with valid fitness evidence remains supported. Only active people with a currently valid assignment to the selected department are offered; selecting the city department does not automatically include subordinate local departments. The same scope restriction is checked server-side when adding participants. Existing personnel assignments and attendance records are not rewritten by this fix.

Training allowances based on actual attendance days

Available on Dev, Demo and App: select or enter actual training dates for district and IBK courses. District training is billed per selected day; IBK pays €7 per started block of five training days: 2–5 days = €7, 6–10 days = €14. Days off and calendar-week boundaries do not create extra units. IBK blocks are allocated to their last training date. Individual, combined and quarterly billing use the same rules. Only confirmed participation is billable; confirmation covers all selected dates. Different attendance must be recorded separately. Existing entries without selected dates retain their previous single-unit treatment. Billed activities and dates cannot be changed. The chief meeting option and duplicate generic children/youth training option are removed from new selections; preparation and delivery remain.

G26.3 / respiratory protection medical fitness, breathing apparatus course, breathing apparatus exercise and instruction are displayed separately in personnel profiles with validity dates and status, and can be edited by authorized users. Resend invitations and compact account actions

Pending and expired invitations can be resent directly from the user account. Legacy memberships marked active but still without a password and retaining an invitation are also covered. A new link is valid for 96 hours and replaces previous links; roles and department assignment remain unchanged. Sending remains permission- and CSRF-protected, is audited and displays understandable errors. User lists show a compact envelope button with a tooltip alongside the other actions.

When creating or editing user memberships, multiple organization roles can be selected using checkboxes, for example city fire chief and department leader. Existing role combinations are fully preselected and saved together. Department assignment remains a single selection. Security update

City fire chief: own and other departments separated

The assigned home department retains full personnel visibility and operational editing, with read-only financial access. Other departments expose a reduced personnel view without sensitive data or personal supporting documents. Their duty planning and financial data are blocked. Duty plans require an explicit department assignment; existing unassigned plans remain unavailable to city fire chiefs until assigned by an administrator.
