Dictate incident reports directly in the browser

Incident documentation and the full incident report can now be completed using the microphone. Recording, pausing, resuming and stopping are controlled directly beside each text field while existing text is preserved. Unsupported browsers are identified clearly.

Responsive workspaces and consistent administration

Mobile touch navigation and editing were refined for phones and tablets. Equipment, warehouse, supplier, finance, catalogue, fire department and user forms now share a clearer and more consistent layout. Invitations remain limited to the responsible fire department, and password fields can be revealed in a controlled way.

Allowance matrix and print output refined

Columns, rows and markers in the allowance matrix are more compact and unambiguous. Printing is optimized for a complete A4 landscape page. Additional cramped layouts, translations and navigation details were corrected.

Unified allowance statements

Incidents, exercises and activities now share one finance menu. Individual combinations of activity and person can be selected, or all activities in a period can be grouped clearly by person. Equipment can be created without an inventory number and completed later.

System boundaries and privileged access hardened

Uploads are limited to PDF, JPEG and PNG and validated by extension, MIME type and file signature. Sensitive downloads are re-authorized and delivered with no-store headers. Rate limits protect authentication and API entry points, while MFA is mandatory for privileged roles.
