The platform
A common digital foundation for modern firefighting work
IGNIS2AB is a web-based management and work platform for fire departments, Municipalities and fire service associations.
Information no longer has to be stored individual tables, folders and isolated solutions be distributed. The platform leads central master data, processes and documentation together.
Each organization works in its own Environment. Leave roles, rights and modules adapt to the respective structure.

Core platform and administration
Tenants with Org-ID, main and local fire departments with Site-ID, users, invitations, roles, licenses, audit log and central reporting. Site-bound API tokens are securely revealed once, managed in masked form and revocable.

Incidents and duties, training, appointments, promotions, vehicles, radio and technical equipment, warehouse, clothing store, breathing apparatus and inspections.
Data migration from alternative systems
Guided backup import with technical validation, preview, automatic tenant creation, mapping and a traceable import log.
Alerting and incident interface
Idempotent, token-protected push API for incident number, alert times, vehicles, BOS status, personnel, appointments, participants and responses, with AlarmDispatcher and vendor-neutral Connect endpoints.
Statements and compensation
Incident allowances, loss of earnings, drills, instructions and other billable services. Individual and fire-department statements show activities, attendance, periods and totals with traceable PDF evidence.
Personnel file and lifecycle
Ranks, promotions, appointments, awards, training, fitness for duty, breathing apparatus/CSA, driving licences, certificates, documents, clothing and privacy-compliant complete export.
Mobile web app and scanning
Responsive tablet interface for incidents, personnel, equipment, warehouse, finance and organization, including camera, photo, barcode, QR and clothing capture.
Inventory and lifecycle management
Inspection, maintenance, repair, issue, return, washing, defect and retirement for equipment, vehicles, material and service clothing, including compartment-based vehicle loadouts and persistent tyre DOT monitoring.
Privacy and document protection
Fire-department consent templates, protected PDF and image previews, re-authorized downloads, no-store delivery, encrypted bank details and complete auditability.
Role-based dashboards
Tenant- and fire-department-specific dashboards for active and recent incidents, colour-coded UVV, roadworthiness, tyre DOT and repair appointments within 60 days, fitness for duty, breathing apparatus and birthdays within 30 days. The 16th birthday highlights a possible transfer from the youth fire service; expired appointments remain available only as career history.
Traceability and support
Tenant-specific audit log, invitations, support grants, updates & patches, friendly error pages and technical error context.
Open interfaces and API
Read APIs for organisation, personnel, vehicles, equipment, incidents, warehouse, training and finance plus initial write endpoints are available. Additional write operations follow in a controlled manner.

IGNIS2AB is run by Enrico Aderhold and Lars Hüttl designed and developed as well as through 2AB IT provides technical support.
Requirements arise from real processes in fire services, administration and organization. Functions are planned step by step, implemented, tested and further developed.
The project combines professional Practical experience with modern web development, modular architecture and AI-supported Development and review processes.
