IGNIS2AB is the modular fire service software for city and local fire departments. It connects organization, personnel, Training, vehicles, equipment, operations and Management in a common modular Platform.
The platform
IGNIS2AB is a web-based management and work platform for fire departments, Municipalities and fire service associations.
Information no longer has to be stored individual tables, folders and isolated solutions be distributed. The platform leads central master data, processes and documentation together.
Each organization works in its own Environment. Leave roles, rights and modules adapt to the respective structure.
Functional areas
The modules access a common one database and avoid double maintenance.
Manage tenants, main and local fire departments, org/site IDs, users, roles, licenses, consent records, catalogues, lockers and organization charts.
Maintain personnel records, groups, functions with valid time periods, ranks, appointments, promotions, awards and certificates.
Document incidents, exercises, instructions, duties, attendance, status times, reports and statistics.
Manage vehicles, loading, equipment, radio, breathing apparatus, equipment compartments, inspections, maintenance and repairs. UVV, roadworthiness, tyre DOT and repair dates are shown 60 days ahead.
Control stock, consumables, receipts, issues, stocktaking, suppliers and orders for each fire department.
Request and approve courses, exercises, instruction and compensable events with verified attendance.
Prepare individual and fire-department statements, loss of earnings, employer records, receipts, evaluations and PDF evidence.
Use the responsive web app, camera, photos, QR and barcodes, plus person- and inventory-related labels.

The 16th birthday highlights a possible transfer from the youth fire service; expired appointments remain available only as career history.

Read APIs for organisation, personnel, vehicles, equipment, incidents, warehouse, training and finance plus initial write endpoints are available. Additional write operations follow in a controlled manner.
Operations and data protection
Data protection and client separation are not added later, but are already taken into account in the technical basis.
Organizations work in separate areas with their own roles and access rights.
Application rights and database protection mechanisms together form the basis for controlled access.
The productive hosting and data protection framework will be bindingly documented and transparently published before the market launch.
Licenses and prices
A main license represents the municipal client. Each affiliated local fire department receives its own station license. All prices are net.
